According to World Watch Report, which studies the effectiveness of timepiece marketing campaigns, the Bollywood beauty is the most effective woman in the world at selling luxury watch brands. Aishwarya Rai has a long-standing contract with Longines, the iconic Swiss watch brand.
In an industry-wide vote, she ranked second in the world only to Tiger Woods, who endorses TAG Heuer. Aishwarya ranks well above names which are far better known internationally, such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet, and George Clooney.
Aishwarya may not be doing much work these days thanks to the time she's taking off in order to care for her daughter, but by the looks of this vote she'll never have to worry about losing work: when it comes to selling watches there's no woman in the world companies would rather have in their ads than her.
