Achievements:

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor made her appearance in cine industry with her debut movie Refugee alongside Abhishek Bachchan and won Filmfare Award for Best Debut Actress. In 2001, Kareena appeared in the movie Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai which became one of the highest earners of this year. Kareena got many good compliments for director Santosh Sivan’s movie Asoka and she nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Actress. Karan Johar’s multi starrer movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham was her last film of the year 2001 and Kareena nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress.

In year 2004, Kareena won the Filmfare Special Performance Award for the movie Chameli where she played the role of prostitute. After getting an average response in Mani Ratnam’s movie Yuva, Kareena performed in the critically acclaimed movie Dev (2004) and received Filmfare Critics Award for Best Performance. Bebo’s movies like Aitraaz, Hulchal, 36 China Town, Chup Chup Ke and Omkara was succeeded at the box office. Kareena made her entry with director Imtiaz Ali’s romantic comedy movie Jab We Met opposite Shahid Kapoor where she played Sikh girl role and received her first Filmfare Award for Best Actress. For the movie Kurbaan, Kareena again nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress.
Aamir Khan’s 3Idiots became the highest- grossing Bollywood movie of all time and Kaeena received another Best Actress nomination for her role. Kareena’s last awarded movie We are Family gave her FilmFare Award for Best Actress.
